SignaturePack specializes in food packaging solutions, providing customers with custom packaging designs and standard packaging products. These terms govern the use of our website, products, and services. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Ordering Process
  • Custom Orders: After placing a custom order, you’ll receive a digital proof for approval before production begins. Carefully review the proof, as production starts only after your final approval, and no changes can be made once it begins.
  • Standard Products: Orders for non-customized, standard products can be placed directly through our website or via customer service.
  • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Review the details and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed.
3. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: We display all prices on our website in pounds and may change them without prior notice. Our prices include VAT unless we state otherwise.

  • Payment: You must pay for all orders at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as shown on our website.

  • Custom Orders: For custom packaging orders, you must make full payment after approving the digital proof. We will not start production until we receive payment in full.

4. Delivery and Shipping

  • Shipping Costs: We calculate shipping costs based on your location and the size of your order.

  • Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on the product type and your location. We provide estimated delivery times at checkout but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

  • Delays: SignaturePack is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Custom Orders: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom packaging orders once they enter production, as these products are uniquely designed for your needs.

  • Standard Products: You may return standard products (without custom designs) within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we will issue a full refund upon receiving and inspecting the returned items.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Design and Intellectual Property

  • Custom Designs: When you submit your design to SignaturePack, you warrant that you own or have the legal right to use it. You also grant SignaturePack a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the design solely for producing your order.

  • Intellectual Property: All content on the SignaturePack website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, belongs to SignaturePack or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy Policy

8. Limitation of Liability

SignaturePack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Furthermore, in no event will our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the products or services in question.
